Schools can enter ONE team into the competition.

Teams of 10 with a minimum of 4 boys and 4 girls

The top 4 scores for both girls and boys combined will give the team its total score

Pupils will take part in 4 events

1. 50m sprint

2. 400m run

3. Vortex Howler throw

4. Standing Long Jump

5. Relay (if time allows)
